POSITION SUMMARY

As our Warehouse Associate, you keep materials flowing and the building running smoothly. You'll receive incoming deliveries, get raw materials to the assembly stations when they need them, and make sure everything has a proper home.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and put away incoming deliveries, and report any shortages or damage

  • Store raw materials properly and keep them organized and easy to find

  • Deliver raw materials to assembly stations so production doesn't wait on supplies

  • Keep the warehouse and production floor clean, orderly, and safe

  • Operate a forklift, order picker, and tractor to move and stage materials

  • Handle outdoor upkeep as needed: shoveling and sanding walkways in winter, mowing, and general grounds maintenance

qualifications:

  • Comfortable operating a forklift, order picker, and tractor

  • Organized, dependable, and someone who notices when things are out of place and fixes them

  • Able to lift 80 lbs, stand, walk, and work on your feet for most of the day

  • Willing to do outdoor work in all seasons, including cold and snow

  • Basic comfort with counting, labeling, and documenting inventory

  • Reliable, safety-minded, and good at working with a small team

  • A PLUS if you have:

    -Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or receiving experience

    -Experience with inventory systems or cycle counts

Time Commitment/COMPENSATION:

Location: 116 Augusta Rd. Whitefield, Maine

Pay: $18-22/hour

Time: Full time position. The factory is open Monday- Thursday from 6:30am-5pm (closed weekends) and employees have some flexibility to set a schedule that works for us and them, within this time frame.
